Biography

Oleander definitely strikes me as an aristocrat, one of those posh ones that get offended at the poor people wanting fairness. He needs a monocle lol. He's self absorbed and self important, feeling as if other people aren't as sophisticated as he is. That only extends to those poorer/less affluent than him though, if he meets someone more important/richer he gets all pleasing and kind of a suck up. He's an art collector, loving any and all kinds of art but of course going for the most expensive kinds even if it's not to his personal tastes. His lair is full of valuable vases, tapestries, paintings, and the like.
