Awakened from the stone statues, this Obelisk found themselves split between an attraction to the morbid and the instilled drive to protect. With their breed's emergence becoming a thing of interest, a pair of shadow scientists reached out, an offer for Guishi to study under them while they studied Guishi - it would be a mutual relationship.
Out of this studying, the Obelisk's two polarizing interests combined through his studying of biology and a new interest emerged. Still a studying student, Guishi can be found helping both local and out of clan detectives in studying the scenes of grizzly crimes - protecting other dragons while analyzing less than pleasant materials.
