Okbur was purchased for the laboratory as hardly a hatchling, with a purpose of only ill means.
The bright-eyed child who had loved exploring, now sits within his cell, brightly peeping a hello to everyone who passes by in utter confusion of his current situation. Doctors, patients, guards, none were discriminated from his cheery attitude and openness, as he just loved to explore and talk, his vocabulary expanding throughout these interactions. Though on more occasions than one, his curiosity got him into trouble rather often.
An often question to arise from the small dragon, is if he could go outside to play in the grass.

Although, as he grew older, this hope grew more and more grim, his time shrinking away.
With every experiment, with every day he wasn't allowed outside, the more he forgot what the wind felt like, as the years, months, time, and hardly even days passed by, leaving that childhood memory less than even that. just another thing scrounged up by the imagination of a hopeful child. As a skydancer, all he had wanted was to be able to touch the sky, and now he hardly opens his heart to any people in the lab. he is full of spite, anger. he is no friend to anyone in the white coats.
