A god voluntarily stuck in the body of a hatchling, it wants to know about any and all aspects of mortal life, curious to see how normal creatures live. It has chosen the form of a young Obelisk to make up for its endless curiosity and constant queries about the world around it, and greatly enjoys the privileges of the young and youthful. Lucien is cherished by the townsfolk, who greatly adore its bold chattiness, unexpectedly wise sayings and witty remarks about the most intricate details of life. Full of a love for life itself and the beings that live it, the minor deity uses its dragonly disguise to secretely aid its 'fellow people', by ever so stealthily healing the sick, ensuring bountiful harvests, and warding of malevolent beasts and shady individuals. Even though the citizens might notice the flash of a golden mane rustling in their gardens or rushing about the rooftops every now and then, they consistently blame it on the city wildlife, whatever the observant tourist might claim. It's almost as if someone is physically keeping the thought, that those glimpses might be their favourite golden Obelisk hatchling, out of their heads.
