Biography

32034.png

Jovial whistling」reaches your ears as you pass through a set of yellow flowers nestled closely together. Your mind feels hazy, like you've been out in the sun too long. The dragon up ahead pauses his dancing steps and turns to smile at you.

It's a kind smile.

Nothing strange about it, whatsoever.
Nothing strange about the dragon, either. Naturally.

It's a nice day today, isn't it?

• role: gravedigger & grave tender
• notes: cheerful | hardworking| modest

Truly a beacon of persevering cheer, Bairoth is often found in the garden whistling or humming along to whatever joyous tune might currently be stuck in his head. He's always in motion and hardly ever fully silent, but it's all slow and languid - the way one might feel after relaxing in the shade during a warm, sunny day.

It might seem strange that such an upbeat dragon would have such a dreary job, but Bairoth couldn't be happier with it. He sees it as a chance to give those who have passed on a comfortable place to rest, and he takes great pride in making sure that both the graves and their surroundings are as beautiful as he can make them. And if this also eases the hearts and minds of those left behind, all the better.
