Tim was the other dragon taken in by Venus, he's well aware he was brought in to be groomed as Robin's faithful husband, but his life previously was just so awful he's resigned himself into that position.

He too was instructed to take up an apprenticeship at the Guild, and he does that diligently, to the point he has already taken vows to join, and is officially part of the Navigator Guild of Merchants and Explorers. For that alone, Tim is very negatively seen around town, but he doesn't care. He was taken in by Venus for Robin's pleasure, and he answers to his Ladyship alone.

He's in charge of working directly under Nephilim, often assisting Bebel with the exalt marches by collecting payout.
