First Wind Egg
The local crazy guy. A bit loose and ruff around the edges, but once you break through the crazy layer, Tigerclaw becomes really good. He loves the mysteries and the secrets, trying t get everyone to divulge theirs, or lead them to someone who just might. Sadly he has been pushed towards the outer suburbs, away from the everyday life where he goes about his business with little to no trouble. Or it's the fact that he is troubling the other dragons that live there.
He says has heard things from around the light territories that some ancient threat is coming back, but everyone knows the shade has returned. Then he tells them that it's something nastier and more destructive than the shade...
