Monstrous both inside and out, with a merciless, underhanded personality. Highly cunning and opportunistic, yet cowardly-- she will stoop to the lowest of lows to get what she wants, but if a battle seems like it's falling out of her favor, she'll attempt to flee. The majority of her time is spent in solitude, so terrified of being hurt or betrayed that she won't even let her familiars stay near her for long.

Disguising herself as a dead tree covered in polypore mushrooms, she waits patiently for prey to wander within biting range. Secretes a thick, sweet-smelling golden sludge from the rough scales of her neck, which she uses to lure her quarry closer. Should anything touch the sticky, corrosive honey she scatters about, it will become trapped, making it easy pickings to sate her hunger for magic.

With every creature she catches and eats, her own power grows. Strength is all she wants-- strength to protect herself from any threat she could ever face. Strength to never have to bow to anyone again.

Loathe as she is to admit it, she sees a bit of herself in a girl she once knew.
