Pistachio

With a thirst for knowledge, NewMoon would wander to a nearby library, and he would always return with his answers. Until he heard about a strange name during one of his visits, and did some research, Arenji? He found a small book on the name, but it barely answered his questions, so he told his mom and dad that he was going to travel with Fog, and left, when ever he ran into a dragon he would ask about the name, but no one knew this dragon, who were they?

Eventually he took a nap and had strange dreams, voices calling to him, he woke up to find that the voices didn't stop.

"Where are you!" He called out to the sky, hoping to get some faces to the voices, but no one did show up, so he followed the voices, hoping that soon, more answers will fill his ears.

Hours go by, and the dragons seemed to change mood, some easygoing, some violent, no in-between really, he didn't realize that one chapter was about to end, and the next he would be one of them.

When an easygoing dragon noticed him, she smiled, "why, hello! Is there something bothering you?"

"I have been looking around for someone who could help me find out who Arenji is, and-"

"Oh! Your who the voices were calling to then, please, follow me," she guided NewMoon into a temple like building, and images of an unusual dragon welcomed them, "these are pictures of Arenji, he is who brings luck to us, for example, his luck can bring 5 eggs to a nest, though I'm sure you wouldn't understand completely."

"So... Me, my brothers, and my sister, all came from his luck?"

"Yes! And luck will be brought to you and your family in the future multiple times," she smiled.

NewMoon thought to himself, remembering his parents thanking Shadowbinder, did they not know? Where they being lied to? How many others are like his... Parents... Lost?

"Hey, I have a gift for you," the female dragon said, and handed NewMoon a messager's case, "it will show your support!"

He opened the case and there was a banner in it, his tiny hands reached in and slowly pulled it out, it was amazing! They have a picture of their deity!

"Thank you! Thank you so much!" He was filled with joy, though he wasn't sure how to handle it very well, so he started screaming, all the easygoing and the sinister looked in, some started laughing a little, some where annoyed (I think you can figure out which).

Time went on and NewMoon learned more and more about this group he wondered upon, he decided to become a pure-hearted knight.

He would save hatchlings from doom, and raise them to have a better life, and join his cause.

Midnyght learned about was his son's plan was, and about Arenji. He was proud, that his son found what his life will be filled. But when seeing NewMoon stressing about something, and pulled him aside.

An hour of talking, and the two discussed about NewMoon shouldn't be a prince and a leader of hope, so he had his son drop his line for the throne, so he could concentrate on his clan-like group.

And NewMoon asked his brother Fog to search a safe place to have his group meet, and fog found a cave that was perfect, and wasn't too far from home!

He helped a hatchling named Mister and his brother Darkiplier be reunited, and he became a father for the brothers. He was glad that he could already be helping others, and hoped that he can help more and more dragons and hatchlings!
~~~~~~5 days later~~~~~~~
He knew that he didn't look like a hero, so he travelled from village to village looking for new clothes, until he found a fae merchant on her way to a festival.

The talked for a while traveling, she offered a cloak of purple, pink, and gold. He paid for it and thanked her, and decided to stay by her side until arrival upon the festival. Night Fell, and they reached the festival safely.

The merchant thanked him and he started to head home. Something told him he will see her again.

He wakes up, feeling awful... his arms shook from adrenaline. Once he was fully awake, he freaks from the bandages and the new light on his head. He looks around quickly, to find Fog; his brother and bestfriend at his side.

"Fog! What happened! How long have I been out for!"
He was scared, but relieved that he wasn't alone or with strangers.

"I dont know brother.... but you were badly injured so I brought you here and been watching over you"
Fogs fins are pinned down, he was saddened by something

"Fog.... where's everyone else?"

"I dont know... Luna went insane... and started destroying everything... I don't even know if there are other survivors... I know mom and dad are gone... so is Luna"

NewMoon was horrified... he started cursing out Arenji... thinking that the god failed to save his family besides Fog.

"NewMoon... why are you cursing out Arenji? They may have known that mom and dad screwed you over and that Luna would come after you too..."

NewMoon stares at Fog, realizing that he may have a point... Fog was the only one who really cared... and here he is; at his side once more. He sighs and gives his apologies.

"Do you know what happened to my sons?"
Something told NewMoon he wouldn't like the answer, but he had to know.

"Luna went for them first... I did everything I could to keep them safe... I'm sorry"

NewMoon hugs his brother and balls into his shoulder, recieving back rubs comfort. NewMoon nearly lost everything.

when Maua came across biome, she started hoping that nothing else grows on her. As she looked around and saw a pair of purple eyes, a male fae with a white outfit fluttered over to her.

"Hello! I'm Fog, the scout of the Demonheart clan!" He said, then who seemed to be his brother popped out from the bushes, "Oh, and this is one of my brothers, NewMoon. He's the leader of the Pure-hearted knights!"

"Hello Fog, Hello NewMoon," Maua started, seeing that the brothers seemed excited about something, "I'm Maua, the traveller of Sevlyna's clan."

NewMoon, Fog lead Maua to the lair. The brothers muttered about someone named Luna, and how Luna might like her. Maua decided not to pay any mind, but it was hard to when they started making shipping names.

"LuMa?"
"MaLu?"
"Mana?"
"What about L-u-u-a?"
"How would you pronounce that?"
"Lu then ua."
"Hmmm maybe not."
"Yeah, Luna wouldn't like th-"

"Where were you two! Mother and father are terrified!" Luna's dead-like eyes landed on Maua's lively yellow eyes, and her anger was flooded with a warm feeling, "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there, I'm Luna, their eldest sister."
"And a soldier in training!" Fog said.
"And the next for the throne!" NewMoon added.

Luna glared at her brothers before Maua replied.

"Hello Luna, I'm Maua, a traveler of Sevlyna's clan," Maua said, then noticed that Luna's face was turning about as pink as her wings.

They continue to the lair, in silence. Not ever Maua's frog was making a sound, that's when a panic voice called out for the three faes in front of her, must be their mother or father. A few minutes later, a female tundra ran up to them, and bear-hugged all of them.

"Hi Mom," Luna looked slightly embarrassed, but didn't try to get out of the hug, "I found the boys, and their friend Maua."
"Hello your highness," a muffled Maua said, "could you please let go?"
"Oh my, I'm sorry." the tundra softly put them down.

3 days later

Luna and Maua had been spending more time with one another, and the brothers haven't been quiet about it. No one seemed bothered by them, so no one told them to shut it.

Maua started some training with Luna, who used this as an opportunity to try and have alone time. The two talked a lot, and about almost anything. Maua started to notice Luna was acting off... Like she did something that is effecting her still.

"Luna? Why have you been acting strange?"
"What do you mean? I haven't changed... ~~~"
odd... Luna doesn't mutter often... "it's just that you seem to be thinking about something..."
"Oh, yeah. I learned that with the right type of magic, I can become sequential hermaphrodites."
"Sequential hermaphrodites?"
"I can become male..."
"Oh?"
"Yes, but I would be able to become female again as well!"
"So why are you nervous about it?"
"Because if it doesn't work, I won't be able to breed..."
"Oh, that wouldn't be a good thing for a future Queen."

The two headed back to the lair, talking about Luna's possible change, and it came to the conclusion that Luna will risk her heirs to be more likely to be able to reproduce, but sadly, Maua won't be here for it.

DAY 1
Small and new to the world, wandered around for a new way home after a storm came in and fallen trees blocked the path.

She heard voices, they weren't familiar, And fallowed them. Two faes, one wearing a white outfit, and one wearing a pinkish purple cape.

"Hello?" The mirror muttered, afraid of the possibility of getting hurt.
"Hi," the one with the cape said as his eyes glimmered with hope, "what are you doing out here?"
"I'm trying to get home, but the trees blocked the path."
"Ok, can you show me the trees?"
"I don't remember where they are."
The fae with the white outfit popped out from behind his traveling partner, "hi!"
"Hello..." The mirror started trembling.

After some talking, the mirror relaxed a bit, and was being carried by the one wearing the cape.

"By the way little one, what's your name?"
"My name? I don't have a name, what's yours?"
"I'm NewMoon, and that's my brother Fog." NewMoon looked over at his brother, who waved.

Time went by, and the three of them came to a diverse clan, and one of the leaders walked up to them.

"Hello my children, who's your little friend?" The tundra ask.
"She doesn't have a name," NewMoon replied, "but we'll figure out one for her!"
"I'm glad."

The mirror was brought to the medical area to do a check up, and thankfully, the only issue she had, was a few scraps. She was released back to NewMoon.

"Spirit."
"NewMoon? What do you mean by Spirit?"
"That could be your name!"
"Yay!"

DAY 2:
Spirit woke up to the queen bringing in some food for her, "hello your highness!"
"Oh! I'm sorry for waking you up."
"It's alright your highness."
"Well, once you finish eating, come out to the main area to meet my mate."
"Ok, thank you your highness!"
"Also, please call me Sunshine."
"Ok Sunshine highness!"

Sunshine smiled before leaving. Spirit started eating the food, happy and warm. She went out of her room, Sunshine was talking to who seems to be her mate, and walked over to them.

"Hello Sunshine highness!"
"Hello little one, this is my mate Midnyght."
"Hello Midnyght majesty."
"Hello young one." Midnyght smiled and was amused by Spirit's nickname for him and Sunshine.

After some time talking, Spirit met some of the other members, and became an official member of the clan.

DAY 3
after breakfast Spirit was approached by Luna, the only dragon planning to fight. She decided that Spirit would make a good soldier, and was talking to Spirit about combat and what to defend against before Luna's alarm went off, "got to go, looks like someone is intruding."

Spirit found it odd, that Luna would talk to her about being a soldier as if Spirit hadn't- what was that?

Something felt odd...
strange magic bust out of her...
she fled back into her room, to avoid harming anyone...

But how would Luna know? Did she even? What would happen now? Would she be able to stay?

More questions filled her head, then there was a nock on the door, Sunshine peeked in, "hello sweetie, is everything ok?"

"G-go a-a-away!" The Mirror sobbed, "I-I don't want to hurt you!"
"Sweetie, I heard about your magic menafesting. It's alright, this is normal you can even ask Luna, Fog, or NewMoon, their magic busts were very much like yours."
"R-really?"
"Yes," Sunshine pulled Spirit in for a hug, "I'm sure that they will even be help you with learnin-"
"Does everyone have magic?"
"No, not everyone, and that's okay as well."

DAY 5
Spirit decided that training would be a good idea, since Luna was the closest to the strength of her's.

During the first day, Spirit started to glitch out and she started to cry blood-like tears. Luna had to carry Spirit back home, and it was discovered that Spirit was part of the Naomi bloodline.

Spirit remembered how her parents told her that dragons in the bloodline were dangerous and violent if no one could help them feel whole. This was probably why they told her this, because before it had made no sense.

DAY 6
The news about Spirit spread like a wild fire, and she ended up being hated by a radioactive Fae named PastryPunk, but Luna would protect her.

Back on the training field, alone, and a purple Fae was spotted, then two Tundras, and four Wildclaws; all were glitching out except for the blackish Tundra, who was normal.

Spirit ran back to her home to warn everyone, as an alarm went off. Luna's intruder alarm caught them.

Something warm hit her, and the normal Tundra was placing a foot on her back, just enough to hold her down... If she was normal, Queen Sunshine told her that she has seen others with the ability escape by glitching out to the point of being able to teleport.

Spirit started to focus as hard as she could on what would happen if she failed, and the Tundra's paw was gone and Luna was just leaving.

"Luna! We need to evacuate!" Spirit called through tears, "They're like me, you can't fight them off yourself and your the only one who can fight well!"

"The start the evaluation," Luna's eyes darkened, as if she knew her odds, "as a future Queen I need to start putting myself in front of danger to protect my clan. You go and get everyone rea-"

"I'll tell Sunshine and Midnyght about what's going on and stay as well, so you aren't alone."

There was a moment of silence, before Spirit left to inform the others, then rejoined Luna on the battle field.
