Biography

Zephyr
Eyes widened in wonderment at the sight of it. Towering high in the sky, a chaotically spiralling tunnel of wind clashing endlessly into a vortex. 'The Twisting Crescendo' they called it - the pride of all Wind dragons. It took her breath away, tugged at the unruly strands of mane on this newborn hatchling and etched the sight of itself in her mind. Even as Zephyr returned to what would become her home with her family, she'd never forget her first memory of that towering whirlwind in the distance, the sight of dragons gliding on the wind current, the scent of the breeze or the dusty taste on her tongue. One day, she would return.

While born in the Windswept Plateau, it was not her home, having been hatched while her parents travelled. Previously Zenyr, her name was changed to represent the Wind Flight upon her selection for the role. She remains with her clan currently but feels the wind in her blood, vibrating in the magic she radiates and calling her to the world of Sorneith beyond. She wishes to be free like the wind, drifting from one place to another and has a temper as volatile as the changing breeze. With her role as Wind Flight Representative Zephyr makes the most of her opportunities to travel between the Windswept Plateau and the Tangled Wood. Of course, she enjoys indulging in the excitement of those eager to learn wind magic and maybe takes the chance to show off occasionally... Just a little bit.
