A popular location to enjoy an evening treat, the Sornieth Shave Ice parlor is full of life and sweet energy. The busy little shop hustles and bustles as the orders are prepped and filled. The quickly moving Nocturne behind the counter happily douses her creations in bright colored syrups and all those within are cheerfully enjoying their selections. It is the most popular venue in the lair, and it is frequented by many denizens of the Fortress of Ends. Tonight a couple of dragons, Cynfir and Sigmundr, are peering into the counter area, requesting a special treat; Ube, a sweet concoction of Ube and Vanilla, with hints of Pistachio. They watch the spectacle of its production with eager anticipation, and wait patiently for the call, “Orders Up!”. |

 Cynfir has a love of history. She is keen to learn more and more about her family and those of the clan, The Halls of Saga and its story. Sigmundr was cornered by her one evening as she was spelunking down one of the cavern trenches. What had he been doing? He was upside down, strung up by several heavy ropes, and smiling at her with the most innocent of grins. He begged for her to release him, which she did and he had fled. However on further explorations she continued to run into him in odd and unfortunate situations; tied to a totem, covered in cobwebs, bound to a tree. How did this occur? After so many times rescuing him from these fates she insisted that he join her, so that he wouldn’t get into such messes. The two now explore the Clan Caverns together, and in the evening Cynfir tells Sigmundur the tales of the clan, which she documents meticulously. Offspring of this pair are adventurous, brave and intelligent. They love to join their parents on their expeditions, but may have a tendency to clumsily get caught in one awkward position or another.  |
