ejmi0PU.gif Legends abound regarding the dread pirate Khvostov, the tiny but formidable Shadow navyman turned swashbuckler capable of leading his crew to successfully raid ships several times the size of his own. He maintained a strict no-blood and no-death policy, using smaller dragons to quietly sneak up on and incapacitate sailors and larger dragons to overpower and restrain the rest. In an encounter with a particularly powerful Earth mage of an enemy captain, Khvostov's wings were crystallized and rendered useless, as were his forelegs, hindclaws, and part of his jaw, limiting his mobility but cementing his image as a scarred but charismatic leader. Once his injuries got the better of him in his old age he paid his fines to the various Domains for his piracy and settled in Museclan, where he now finds purpose training youngsters the art of sailing and managing Museclan's seafaring trade.
