If you listen closely to the whispers in the Starwood Strand, you might hear legends of the pools where fairies wept. The mythical area is charged with some of the most potent magic on the continent as one of the floating isles had wandered too far and became a conduit for magic to bounce between the ponds and the gemstones underneath. Guarding the sacred area was a dragon named Raphael, his scales glittered with rainbows and dewdrops as he nested amongst the starwoods.
There was always rumors that the pools held the souls of the fairies that fell into them as they wept, keeping them safe from harm until ready to reemerge so imagine his surprise when one night, with the moon bright and full overhead, a fairy burst from the water! Then two, then three! Suddenly the grove was swarming with fairies of all colors, sizes, and shapes; each with their lover and a story eager to be shared...
