Biography

XWKAtra.png

Born from the Lightning Flight, Immanence (“Immi”) was always taught that hard work was a virtue. Representing his Flight and standing out amongst the others was something that was rather forced upon him, especially seeing as he was a foster dragon and had no real background to build up from. Immi found it hard to latch onto a hobby or occupation, there was so many. And with the pressure from high ranking adult dragons at the orphanage who were in charge of the hatchlings, it was no easier. The tundras mind likes to wander, and instead of completing chores or errands like he was told to, he was often scolded for daydreaming. As he grew older, he began to greatly dislike how the dragons around him presented what the ideal life should look like. It seemed like working under the Stormcatcher was so much easier for others, yet he found it extremely hard to do. Despite these things, he still believed that he had to serve his Flight somehow, and went into training to become a soldier for his clan. He spent many years fighting enemies, clearing their territory and protecting the flight he secretly hated. And as his skill grew, the challenges he was sent to face did as well, often completely draining his energy and leaving him with injuries. Although he had become skillful at fighting, his motivation to do so was becoming very weak, and he despised waking up to fight each day.

Sitting down outside his base, the red Tundra stared at the foggy sky with a scowl. Where was this path leading him? Would he ever get used to his life like he thought he would, sinking into the crowds of dragons who woke up every day to serve the same purpose without a second thought? He inhaled sharply, doing his best to keep his emotions under control and prevent his claws from breaking through the hard dirt beneath him.

Was this what he wanted...?

His life was being controlled by everyone except him. And for what? He could be seriously injured or even killed, every day was a risk. Thats not how he wanted to remember his life. If hard work is a virtue, then he’d put it towards something that would make life worth living. And with that thought in mind, he stood up, stretching out his large wings and taking to the sky. He kept flying, wherever he was going, and didn’t even look back. He didn’t want to.
The next few days were some of his hardest, and the stress that someone might find him and try to bring him back made him want to turn around himself. But he was already on the move, and the urge to create a new life was stronger then the one to go back to the old.
Abd so hw kept going, hunting food for himself, seeking shelter in caves, and protecting himself from the other beasts that lurked around Sornieth.
It was in this new cold environment he had wandering into when he was suddenly tackled, pushed into the snow and held down by a powerful claw. Looking up, he saw a purple and white tundra wearing lots of apparel made of bone. An arrow was held against his throat like a knife, the other dragon giving him a threatening glare.
“What are you doing here intruder? Crossing onto our territory is just looking for a reason to end up dead.”
Immanence wasn’t paying attention however, as he was more focused on the arrow. He had never seen one used in this way before. He couldn’t help but let out a deep, rusty laugh, catching the other Tundra offguard. “What? Why are you laughing?!” She spat, unmoving from her hostile position.
Her confusion only seemed to make him laugh more, causing her to panic a bit. She began to scan the area around them, feeling as though she might’ve missed something.
In her distraction , Immi slipped from her grasp, taking an aware stance a few feet away in the snow. Both Tundras glared at each other, the only sound now was of the harsh winter winds that pushed their fur sideways.
