Hi, I'm Pale, and you're probably wondering why that's my name. Well... keep wondering. My parents were both Lightning dragons, a Wildclaw and a Coatl. They aren't together anymore, which is... fine. I guess. I was born in a Lesser Lair on the Shattered Plain, and that's where I spent most of my life. I met Viscount there, and we had two hatchlings.

When the whole clan made the move to the Sea of a Thousand Currents, I decided not to go with them. Instead I came here, to the Crystalspine Reaches, and decided to study magic under the tutelage of a Fae named Lilith.

The constant exposure to the pink chalcedony started to do strange things to my plumage, and before it could make me really ill, Lily took me to receive the blessing of the Arcanist himself, so now I'm officially an Arcane dragon, though my natural eye colour remains brown. Castor says that's because I'm full of [redacted] but he's not really one to talk, is he?

Anyway, after going to see our good old Space Dad, magic came more easily to me than before. Like, a lot more easily. I don't think Lily was expecting that. I sure wasn't, but luckily I had a good teacher to help me rein in my, um... unexpected side effects. I wear this darksteel necklace that looks pretty blah but actually helps to sort of focus my magic, otherwise it sort of seeps out everywhere... never mind, that sounds disgusting. Forget I said that.

I've pretty much learned everything Lily planned teach me? I know she's holding back, because Andromeda definitely knows stuff I don't, but she probably thinks she's being responsible, or something. Whatever, if I want to know more I'll go bug Ming or Sullivan. Maybe Castor, just for the sake of bugging him. -insert evil laughter here-
