As one of the first dragons to join the clan, Lightfall has been at the centre of all major decisions since the lair was still new and small in the Emberglow Hearth. His calm demeanour and logical approach to problems have prevented bloodshed on many occasions – particularly when his short-tempered daughter Essa has been involved.

When Lightfall first left his birthplace in the Shifting Expanse, he nearly didn’t cross the border to the Ashfall Waste and into Fire’s domain for fear that he would be rejected, having heard horror stories about Fire clans who would burn trespassers alive. And whilst Rynzin and Glee were initially wary of him when he approached them to join their lair, his level-headedness and Lehine’s favour secured him a place in the clan.
