Yuuksi

This larger skydancer female has a striking appearance that is attractive to many- her shiny coat of feathers and limber body is considered to possess many conventionally attractive traits from her species. Despite this, Yuuksi is a humble, quiet dragon. She wears green garments to blend in better with her environment, and enjoys soaking in the shade of large trees, meditating for hours with only the sounds of the forest to keep her company.

Despite how she might seem around other dragons, Yuuksi's selective mutism comes from social anxieties, not choice. She is more at home in the company of smaller animals than with other dragons more often than not, but does enjoy indulging the company of some. This is not to say she enjoys solitude to socialism- the company of another in amiable silence is well received and always appreciated.

Oddly enough, despite her aversion to large social gatherings of dragons, she is quite fond of hatchlings. Drakes and other youth are often found gathered around her in hoards, their play more quiet than one might believe possible from a normally boisterous group of children. Her ability to care for and tolerate youth is uncommon among a majority of dragons, and so her role as babysitter and care taker places her at a high rank in her clan.

If one comes across this lovely dragon unaware, they might find her alone, or, surrounded by a group of sleeping children of any species, emanating a soothing singing voice dearly treasured by her friends and clanmates.



Gekkar: Gekkar and Yuuksi do not see much of eachother. The Owlcat, like any time, is want to come and go from Yuuksi's lair as he pleases. This is fine with her. Some times will find the two sharing body warmth in a pile- others with the echos of a predator preying on small rodents keeping the dragon up long into the night
