You catch Inari on their work break, which is an incredible feat to accomplish, seeing as they are fully dedicated to their job and practically unreachable as a result.

"AH! Oh, a curious fan, yes? I don't have a favorite food, but I have found many from my job as Cafe Synthesis' Sorbettiere. I once sampled some Baked Icefield when I traveled to the Fire region with Freehold, where she informed me that the merengue was made from eggs sourced from explosive chickens. If the merengue was burnt incorrectly, it would result in, according to Freehold, "*explosion noises*".
I also grew fond of Arcane's Rock candy and Earth's Observatory sweets. They're very similar in the sense of them both being sugar crystals on sticks or strings, but Earth's ancient flavors compliment their colorful candies, and Arcane's ethereal essences perfectly encapsulates Earth's-"

They abruptly stop, forcing you out of the deep trance Inari's monologue placed you in.

"BLESSED ICEWARDEN I'M LATE! I sincerely apologize for stopping, but I MUST go now! We will catch up soon, I will make sure of it. Have a wonderful day!"

On the table where you both were sitting at, Inari left behind a torn-out piece of parchment with where they were lodged in at BNB Synthesis.

You left the talk more curious and hungrier than when you started it.
Edit: Original post had Ignacio as Fire's Head Chef and who Inari traveled with to the Fire region. I've since reworked this tab and changed Fire's chef to Freehold, and have done so here as well. I've left the original post unchanged for archival purposes.
