Biography
The ridgeback sneers, or maybe that is just his normal expression? They all seem to make that sort of face, don’t they? And you aren’t really sure if he is looking at you; the glowing yellow-green orbs taking place of his eyes don’t give much in the way of knowing, but you're quite certain you can feel his gaze.
He is surrounded by jars and vials, their contents both familiar and not, hazardous and helpful - and some just downright gross.

- smarmy guy but pretty charming if you get past how creepy he can be
- basically a grifter, but really good at what he does
- most of his wares are placebos, but he does offer actual remedies, potent poisons, and somewhat deadly brewing materials for those in need of that sort of thing (no questions asked)
- has an agreement with a local group of serthis; they give him venom and certain materials in exchange for things they want from other markets that they aren't allowed into due to dragon bias. he also primarily employs serthis (he just gets along with them better)
- fondue is his coworker who handles the more potent serthis venoms, and works as a translator between crockpot and more feral serthis clans when they need something that her group cannot provide. they have an antagonistically positive relationship, and butt heads occasionally but are both fiercely protective of each other, even if it is embarrassing to both.
