A popular location to enjoy an evening treat, the Sornieth Shave Ice parlor is full of life and sweet energy. The busy little shop hustles and bustles as the orders are prepped and filled. The quickly moving Nocturne behind the counter happily douses her creations in bright colored syrups and all those within are cheerfully enjoying their selections. It is the most popular venue in the lair, and it is frequented by many denizens of the Fortress of Ends.

Tonight a couple of dragons, Paper and Quill, are peering into the counter area, requesting a special treat; Syrah, a sweet concoction of Bold Full Bodied Syrah Wine, with hints of Cinnamon. They watch the spectacle of its production with eager anticipation, and wait patiently for the call, “Orders Up!”.

They focus on their studies, both Paper and Quill; most days spent covered in ink, surrounded by parchments. Their den radiates hues of pink and purples, while the scent of oak and sandalwood wafts in the rafters. They conjure. Selective in their company, both of these elders are content to stay in their nook together, peer reviewing works and dabbling in new science. Offspring from this pair enjoy reading, writing and arithmancy. They may also need glasses.
