steamengine enjoys tagging along with ghastgrips and his haunting experiments, and assisted him in building the anchor for The Spectre. he also sometimes joins pricklepoint in his exploration missions and helps the imperial look for new monsters to discover and study. most of his scientific experiments have to do with mimicking movements of different fauna, though he finds that difficult, especially with his sworn oath to not actually experiment on the animals themselves. pricklepoint has suggested he try out something new, maybe learn a thing or two from mechmaker, but his own stubbornness keeps him on his unattainable and unclear goals.
