Fawful is a mad scientist with the mind of a child and an odd obsession with mustard. This narcissistic dragon has such a weird way of communicating that other dragons often have a hard time understanding him. He is the former servant of a villainous nocturne witch named Cackletta, who was feared across their cheerful home, the Beanbean Kingdom, for her terrifying knowledge of dark magic and her even more terrifying schemes, in which she showed no mercy... but the worst of all, that would have to be her haunting, ear-splitting cackle that she broke out whenever she chose to announce her presence, and it kept the Beanish citizens up at night– However, to Fawful, these were attributes to look up to. She was his master, his mentor, and even his mother figure, although he'd never admit it. Though, unfortunately for the sprouting Beanish, the phrase "former servant" did eventually hit him like a brick in the head. After she and the young Fawful attempted to steal their homeland's precious Beanstar with the goal to conquer Beanbean and the neighboring Mushroom Kingdom, Mario and Luigi quickly came to stop them. Cackletta was powerful, but after a rough battle, the plumbers did emerge victorious... and Cackletta didn't emerge from the flaming rubble of a castle blown to bits. Her loyal toady to build up his name again, all alone. And that he did, after a few years of moping in the sewers. Now, he has definitely lived up to his pledge to avenge her. Not only did he successfully spread a virus through the unsuspecting Toad Town, he also conquered the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopa Kingdom. Not with magic this time, but with his extensive mechanical intellect. In fact, if he had not gone for the Mushroom Kingdom's Dark Star and stuck with his army of robots and drones– and his very own minion! The large boar, Midbus, is his loyal toady! Lord Fawful's toady! The servant has become the master, and he plans to treat his toady like family, like Cackletta was to him– If he had simply not gone further than that, Mario, Luigi, and Bowser might not have been able to stop him. But unlike his master before him, his game did not end. That means that he still pursues his mission to perform evil deeds in Cackletta name. Since he is still a wanted dragon in both the Mushroom Kingdom and the Beanbean Kingdom, and now the Koopa Kingdom, you can find him in a secluded area in Peach's sewers, scheming. Just like Cackletta had taught him to do. She would be proud of him.
