Lore notes:
  • The youngest of the guardians, Moss escaped the worst of the experimentation, but was still unfortunate enough to become a carrier of a horrible "curse" - the ability to spread decay and rot through touch alone. This has caused much self hatred, even after Peace and Sweeps helped create ways to manage his trauma and keep his ability at bay.
  • Because of his ability, Moss feels most at home in the Scarred Wasteland, where his touch isn't so destructive as it can be elsewhere. Despite his original element, he feels no ties to the Arcane arts, and instead turns to the locals, both for comfort and company.
  • While he rarely makes trips outside of the plague territory, Moss leaves the clan more frequently than Mune, as he's willing to travel with the other nomads as long as he can keep his ability in check.
  • Hallowed has promised to help Moss find a suitable familiar to help with his day-to-day tasks, but until then a Melon Marzal by the name of Chomp keeps him company and reminds him to replace his wards every morning.
