The Sorceress

Cedar is the eldest and wisest member of the entire Clan. She is the Clan's most powerful shaman and spell-caster, living in the oldest tree of the Forest. This is where she cooks up her magic in the form of spells, blessings, salves and poultices. She is both feared and revered for her powers. Some see her as a demon, brewing black magic in her dark lair, surrounded my rumours of summoning bad spirits and dealing with the realm of the Dead. Others see her has a respected wise-woman and seek her for blessings.

She is completely in tune with the spirits of the Forest, and is quite often seen listening and talking to invisible acquaintances. She can mould the rocks, leaves and wood into companions and messengers, much like the Timber Tender who stays near her side when she leaves her home to go gathering ingredients.

The only other Clan-mate she will happily tolerate easily is her mate, Aspen, who guards her with his life and is as much of an enigma as she.
