~Yur, the Commemorator~
The fallout of the Arcanist's creation sank deep into the earth. When the Earthshaker formed the first dragons from rock, his magic bonded with these remains. Slowly, deep below Sornieth, the energies pulled themselves together, blending and twisting into something new.
It was a Guardian dragon who first delved into the deepest caves, and so it was a Guardian dragon that the energies saw first. They reacted with great enthusiasm, molding into the shape of a young dragon, bearing the eyes of the Earthshaker and the colours of radiation.
The dragon fled in terror from the sight of the half-formed deity, and thus she was born in silence and confusion, becoming suddenly aware with no one to guide her. She stumbled blindly from the caves, and wandered Dragonhome aimlessly. Seeing that other dragons had names, she named herself Yur.
As she became more and more aware of the world, she desired more and more to know her own origin. Hearing of the Earthshaker and his great knowledge, she sought him out. Meeting with one of the Eleven is no easy feat, but Yur, though unaware, had her own authority over fate. Finding the first deity, the closest being she had to a parent, her awareness became complete.
Yur is the deity of History, one of the two deities of Time, representing the sacred and flawed past. Her symbols are nuclear waste, radiation gold, memorial roses, and historical starmaps.
