Anomaly 71032: Terrifying Toymaker

-Arrested initially in the Turrets of Goldensparc, following a long investigation into a series of anomalous objects resembling children's toys which have been appearing all around Sornieth for some time. Initial research into the anomalous objects had revealed tags crediting them all to the same creator- though each time they're checked, the tags read differently- and so the staff's first priorities beyond containing them was finding this apparent creator, and shutting them down to prevent the creation of further anomalies. Further research into the series unearthed a few seeming ties back to the Shifting Expanse, as several witnesses recounted having obtained the anomalies there or from Lightning aligned dragons, and so staff set out to try and locate their creator within the Flight's territory. Though at first research yielded no results, more anomalies gradually began to show up as staff investigated closer and closer to the Expanse's cities, and before long they were able to locate a dragon who could point them in the direction of exactly where they procured the anomaly in question. Researchers were then led to an abandoned factory in the backstreets of Goldensparc, in which they seized and contained various containers of anomalous toys and their associated parts after discovering the factory was in fact being magically operated by ████████████. ████████████ was then arrested once the team confirmed his magic was what was operating the abandoned machines in the facility responsible for creating the toys. ████████████ has since been held in containment, where his techniques are being studied closely in order to try and understand how he creates his anomalies.
-████████████ is definitely unique. For whatever reason, details of her life and any information regarding herself including her name completely changes every time it's brought up, and yet she acts completely oblivious to this fact. It's not out of a known desire to avoid talking about herself either, she is often very happy to regal staff with long stories about her life as well as about her creations. Oh no, not concerning the exact details of how she made them, but how she came up with the ideas for them and went on to sell them. She's extremely long winded, flowery, and exceedingly eccentric. As well as very overly friendly, to the point where often she offers to make toys based off the staff who attend to her. She is incredibly secretive about the creation process though, and will get snappy and upset at staff who try to be pushy about it. Thus far, there's only been a few successful attempts to observe her creating her works that have mostly been as a result of bribery.

Containment Procedure
-Threat Level: Tentative
Anomaly is considered a potential threat and only allowed interaction under specific conditions/situations with cleared staff. Visitors are only allowed to interact in special circumstances.

-Anomaly is to be contained within a standard room, with ample room for rest and recreation necessary for breed. Provided with one (1) standard futon, a standard wardrobe, a standard nightstand, a standard desk with drawers, one (1) small desk mirror (requested), child proof sewing supplies (requested), child proof wood carving supplies (requested), a small jar of glitter (requested), and several children's books. Room is to be guarded by two (2) Clearance Level 2 Guards at all times.
-When outside of room, anomaly is to be escorted by two (2) Clearance Level 2 Guards and one (1) Clearance Level 2 Researcher at all times.
-Before allowing anomaly to leave room, it must be checked for any new anomalous activity resulting from ████████████'s creations. Room is to be monitored via CCTV 24/7 by a Clearance Level 2 Guard in order to catch the creation of any anomalous objects in action. If witnessed, ██████ must be contacted immediately.
-In the case of a containment breach, it is recommended to approach ████████████ as a civilian in order to guarantee the best chance of co-operation. This is recommended to be done as soon as possible, in order to prevent anomaly from creating any more anomalous objects while unsupervised.
