Biography

A kind and peaceful dragon, all who meet Sera agree that a nicer dragon could not be found - and there was none less deserving of tragedy. Yet, tragedy has been the defining theme of Sera's life. Her parents were kind enough, but she was desperately unhappy in her birth clan. So, one day, she set of to find a new home. The journey was long and hard, but it left her a much stronger dragon when she finally arrived at the Crackling Dunes Clan. She loved her new clan. There she met her mate Ember, and soon they had a nest of three eggs. Sadly, before the eggs had even hatched Ember left, leaving her broken hearted with three yet unborn hatchlings left to care for. The day they hatched was a joyous one. Sera immersed herself in caring for her young - until one by one, they left. Soon only Hematite remained, as cold and harsh as the stone he was named for. Although Sera always preferred to be solitary, it saddened her that all her children had abandoned her...
