Hidden in a bamboo forest or within the clan's most overgrown cave lives a mysterious Gaoler with no memories of his past life.

This concerns him occasionally, but not as much as his daily life. Often the clan's trainer and resident warrior, he helps to defend the clan against hostile beastclans, hostile creatures, and any that try and threaten the clan.

After all, it's the least he can do for the clan that took him in after giving him a place to rest.

What happens if a Gaoler is lost?

Mocha doesn't remember much of his past before the forest. He knows he was a part of the Seeker Order from what little Aegea tells him, and that he had been chasing something big.

But that's it. His first memory was waking to the wind and then the trees to the sky. He was covered in vines that burrowed into his fur that weren't his own what was he thinking? They had always been there.



Regardless, that's where he stayed. For a long time, amongst the trees, he let the forest claim him until one day...

Climbing out of the forest, he saw a Pearlcatcher dressed in golden robes.

"What are you doing here - no, don't answer that. Follow me. You seem interesting enough."

Curious, he followed the Pearlcatcher as they lead him out of the nature-rampent forest through what were ruins (The vines on his body were rather happy with the sun there, although the anger from whatever *that* was dissuaded them from reaching out to the light.) and to a beach where he saw a blue Nocturne with water rippling around them.

"As much as I appreciate you leading me through Sornieth, where are you taking me, seer?"
"What did you call me?"
"Seer...I....how did I know?"
"...So that's why they wanted me to bring you to our home. Come with me and Illix, we'll explain on the way."

Ever since then, Mocha has lived in the bamboo forest near the clan's caverns. Sometimes, he wakes up with a name on his mind, flashes of a battle, and a scream.


My very first level 25!

He’s literally a more willing-to-tell-people-to-stop Robin from Fire Emblem Awakening if you want a more general understanding of his personality. Very Tired of his situation and general noise of his environment, so he sleeps a lot. He doesn't know a lot of common knowledge such as how the chimes work and as a result looks really dumb to a lot of dragons. Just because he's not great in daily life though doesn't mean he's helpless. If the clan is attacked by anything though, he's the one who leads the charge.
