Kiilto

This dragon lives for parades. They are graceful and have an intricate rhythm all their own that one would think would stick out like a sore thumb, but instead they seem perfectly in sync no matter where they are, fitting in yet shining brighter than everyone around them. They have a talent for musical instruments but are more often seen dancing to the music than making it, and even when performing an instrument they are always in motion. They are never perfectly still, always at least a subtle ear or tail movement, for music is always in their head, and they are always marching to their own beat yet somehow going with the flow.
