Biography
An orphan. Unwanted. Fighting to survive. A lone wolf.
Abyzou never had parents. Since she can remember, she was all alone. She hatched with no one around, only shells of her siblings. It looked like her family left in a hurry, taking everyone but her. Thankfully, she found enough food to survive first weeks of her life. But when food ran out, she had to think how to survive. That's why she left her cozy cave and went to the cold, unforgiving world.
After a few days, or maybe weeks?, of being alone in the forest, she approached a small village. Firstly, villagers were scared of her, a wild youngster appearing from nowhere? This isn't something that happens often. An old lady, probably out of pity, talked to her and tried to tame her. Abyzou went with her only because of food and a place to sleep. She was a closeted, silent dragon. She couldn't befriend any other person, the wildness was stronger than a will to have anyone beside her. After all, she was used to being alone and she wouldn't mind being like this forever.
The old lady soon died, leaving her alone again. She didn't care. What she cared about was money. Without it, there was no food. And with no food, there was no chance of survival. So she had to come up with some kind of work, so she could make money, to eat and afford the old house. She quickly learned, that it wasn't so easy. Chopping wood, making bread, cleaning. Nothing really suited her. The only thing she could do properly was fight with her magic, that helped her so many times. She also found out, that people would pay her for fighting. And that was something she could do. She hated being wounded and healing, it always hurt. But the money she earned were more than enough.
Village people quickly started calling her untamed beast. She thought that it suited her. So she let them call her like this.
She didn't care much about other that lived in the village. That was until this one day, when she heard about a mage that moved in recently. She thought that he'll teach her more spells to win easier fights, but as soon as she saw him, she knew, that he won't help her. He was just too pure and cared about only helping people. He was different. So she gave up.
After a few days, she came back to him, wounded. She has heard, that he can make the healing process quicker, less painful. So she used him once. Twice. She lost count after a while, honestly. Being healed by him was a lot better than healing by herself. And it looked like he was okay with their relationship.
Until one day, when he said that he love her. Love. This feeling wasn't really for her. What is love, after all? Emotions weren't for her. So she ran away from him. She was young, but she knew that emotions are scary.
But after a while, she started feeling... guilt. It wasn't okay. So she went to healers home to apologize. To her surprise, the house was empty. Powered with guilt and fear for this innocent healer, she ran to search him. As it turned out, she came just in time to save him. When she saw how helpless with cutthroats around he was, she swore to protect him, even with her own life.
She didn't know back then how much will it cost her. But even if she did, she still would save her husband and slowly descent into madness. After all, his love was worth it.
_________________________________________________________________
Overwhelmed by hatred, Abyzou slowly descended in madness. Her will to protect her innocent husband from all evil in the entire world, she started practicing dark magic.
It started slowly, with a single spell to chase away some annoying clients, that demanded impossible from Asmodeus. He was only an mere ice mage, trying to help people with his healing and spells. But yet, people wanted from him more, and more, that he could ever give. It drove her crazy. She only wanted to protect him from all of those foolish people. That's why she bought this book. That's why she started practicing.
That's why she threw those people in dark realm.
She only wanted to protect her husband!
But they couldn't understand. No one could. So she flew away, hiding herself far from everyone, even from her husband. She knew, that she no longer can be with him, not for now at least. She needs to practice more, and more, to get grid on her new abilities. Otherwise, she'd be a thread to her loved one. And she can't hurt him. Not anymore.
