Carrion-eater, a vulture perched on the back of the world.

Mosca is raucous and wild, but she serves her purpose. She's a canny and ruthless fighter, more than willing to cull the weak and dying. She's a fertile broodmother, even if she would rather her herd of young be dedicated to the Plaguebringer.

Contagion and Mosca have been mates since reaching adulthood and they live in happy tandem, his calm counterbalancing her vigor, both of them industrious attendants to patient, aggressive, inevitable Death.
Mrithaya is commonly conceived of as the god of catastrophe and disease, impartial in the injuries she deals out. Any gifts she bestows are incidental, and unusually come with sharp edges. [...] Her priests believe that she is completely indifferent to worship, existing in the serenity of her own disinterest. A philosopher once said that you leave offerings of bitter ash and aleatory wine at her dank altars not because she will heed them, but because it is important to acknowledge the truth of the universe's workings.

Mosca is A+ noodle, would review again. (I have experience with noodles.) The phrase "perched on the back of the world" is great - good start to the bio, sets the mood. Her apparel looks great with her skin; the socks match the wings and the bones match the theme, and everything else matches the primary colour scheme. I like the way her mate balances her out personality-wise, and the line "patient, aggressive, inevitable Death" is delicious.
