Destruction of the old, upsetting forced chaotic change, disruption for the better

Fool meets him on his wandering. Fenrir stops him forcefully sending him into a different direction. Lafey is not happy, tries to fight him off. but change is inevidable, sometimes a disruption is for the better. Lafey doesnt know what to think about this dragon, he prefers to avoid him, as a meeting with him usually is pretty upsetting, even though it is a change for the better in the end.
