^Before Precocious since hatching, Rose has a long history of oddity and isolation. He hails from the floating isles of Hoverview Vale; A general disinterest in the affairs of clans and flight wars drove him from the majority of dragonkind to seek solace in his studies alone. His fleeting path took him to the Observatory. His stay there was brief, however, as it's said he managed to offend The Arcanist Himself with his voracious intellectual appetite. Scorned by his god, whom he once thought to be the one dragon who would understand his pursuits, Rose shut himself away from the world.

He settled eventually in the Starwood Strands, having made his way all the way to the strange, warped border between the flights of Arcane and Plague. Once away from prying eyes and the interest of others, the Skydancer began his intrepid research. The odd calamitous combination of Plague and Arcane was perfect for what Rose had in mind for his research and experiments...

^Now Distrusted even among his newfound peers, Rose has made a reputation for himself among the other Eleven for being surprisingly ruthless and to the point. His sharp insight can be both a blessing and a curse but is always without bias. His insatiably curious nature has put him at odds with Pandora and Zizir in particular-- the latter of which Rose considers to be 'an affrontous buffoon'. Regrettably, and much to everyone else's concern, the Arcane Skydancer has a particular interest in the Imperials of the group; He has succeeded in worming his way into the good graces of them somehow.

Rose has luckily not kicked up much of a fuss with his newfound hosts. This may or may not be due to the fact he was half frozen and partially deadened when The Eleven finally found solace with them. After careful tending by Iphris, Pine, and the Acreron's own healers Rose eventually made a full recovery. He has busied himself with integrating with the clan's own scientist now-- a fellow Skydancer named Sessa.
