Dawnshroud

The Dawnshroud are a rare breed. Born on the Sundial Terrace on the rare event that the Summer Solstice is met with an eclipse, The Dawnshroud are collectively Lorekeepers for the Light, being a living reminder that while light promotes knowledge, some knowledge is never meant to be brought to light to the world at large. This is embodied most greatly in the one of that clutch that is named *the* Dawnshroud, as they are blessed and cursed with the gift of foresight. Such were the circumstances of this Mirror's birth, and such is his fate in this broken world.

As the "patron" of the Dawnshroud clutch, the Dawnshroud is seen as something of an enigma, as his visions purportedly come from the Shadowbinder and the Lightweaver both, and due to this fundamental truth is unable to take up any manner of true position of authority within the Light Flight as he and his fellows, while valued and viewed in both awe and mystery, are as much the children of the Shadows as the Light.
