Biography
A fast, drill-sergeant kindhearted dragon, Koifin is helpful to her peers.
If dragons don't get up before 12:00 in the afternoon she WILL wake them up. This upsets hatchlings, but after a few days she softens up and they learn her true goodwill and intent.
This has lead to some jokes by her friends Seshat and Elua calling her a 'Drill Sergeant'. Of course they all find this funny but when someone else who she doesn't know says it as a joke her natural reaction is to get very angry at them. Though she realises it is a joke and has her normal reaction, offputting the recipient and making them think she's a weirdo.
When people meet her, they think she's a hot-headed 'kill on sight' type, but after a few days of interaction they see her kind heart hidden behind all of her suffering and sadness.
The reason she yells is because when she did studies on familiars as a hatchling she was always ignored. Yelling got her attention.. bad attention most of the time but they never ignored her until she got expelled for 'poor behaviour.' She didn't understand this, but she knew yelling was good. She has only told Trei, Geiger, Bobai and SideLines about this. They told dragons who didn't get the message in private so they treated her better.
It wasn't the best thing to cheer her on for yelling loudly, but she gets lectures about being too harsh to hatchlings and drawing tears for them. This leads to her having a gentle, motherly voice to hatchlings and having good bonds with them like she was meant to before the incident(Paragraph 4 or 5 considering her introduction) happened.
She has had to be moved out of her family's den after yelling too loud and making Trei's old ears bleed, making Trei snap and temp-ban her out of there. This makes her sad, but she understands why(almost)
Trei currently wants to make amends with Koifin and bring back her pre-incident self; a happy go-lucky kindhearted hatchling who wanted to better the world and fill it with tasty flowers and soya meat so she didn't hurt anyone.
Trei misses her daughter's old self as it really made Trei happy, and they're trying to team up to help Koifin get over it and know she will never be hurt again. Koifin knows, and they are both trying their best to make amends with Koifin as a hatchling.
