Nefrit

Nefrit is a wise and pensive dragon. She is always calculating, and tends to think more than she talks - much to the dismay of her siblings. She is the most responsible of her siblings, and tends to be the one that her parents put in charge if they have to leave. As a babysitter for young dragons in the den, she is the one making sure they are safe and fed. She specializes in settling disputes between Chala and Boot - a feat which very few dragons can say they've accomplished. Though Chala and Boot decided to leave the den when they grew older, Nefrit elected to stay. She misses her siblings dearly, and often uses her powers to try to see what their futures hold.

Nefrit is a gifted seer - a talent that she rarely gets to use in Beans den. She often finds herself getting lost looking into the future of inconsequential things. Rarely, she may have a dragon asking for a fortune or predicting where their journey might take them next, and she enjoys doing these readings. She has started teaching her daughter, Carys, about her trade, though evidently Carys does not have the gift as much as Nefrit. Still, Nefrit tries to encourage her daughter to pursue what she wants in life - despite visions of Carys being a gifted seer like her mother, she doesn't want to push her into anything.
