Biography
Seraphina was raised in a tightly-bonded clan in the Fishspine Reefs. As a hatchling, she enjoyed cataloging - as well as eating! - unusual fish and reading about the exploits of dragons of other species and flights. When she reached adulthood, she was eager to begin her Search, more because of the excuse it provided to travel and learn than because she wanted to be bonded to a single thing or place or dragon. She Searched for many years, occasionally returning to her home clan to reconnect in between travels. Then, one year, she found a mirror dragon mauled by his intended prey and helplessly tangled in a kelp bed. Seraphina took him back to her home lair, and after some time nursing, realized that her Search was over. She established a new lair with the mirror dragon, Flynn, in her home flight. Their differences are severe enough that they're no longer mates, but they still are friends. And while Seraphina is less transitory these days, her sense of adventure isn't quieted. These days, she satisfies it by inviting dragons from other flights or species into her lair.
