The one with the six wings had hatched on a stormy day, already a bad omen. When he first poked his small head out of his egg, his parents cooed with delight and named him Akemi, a name that spoke of light and joy. Their love for him did not last long, however. The moment he tumbled the rest of the way out of his egg, his parents recoiled. In addition to the normal two large wings, this hatchling had four more smaller ones. He was immediately cast out of his clan, cursed as an atrocity. His parents were cast out as well, but they held love for him no longer. They turned him away when he came to them, leaving him to wander away, alone. He wasn't particularly afraid, as he was young and hadn't received the warnings most hatchlings got about the dangers of wandering among the cliffs alone. He eventually stumbled his way into a clan on the coast, where they let him stay. Most were still afraid of him, so he was left alone most of the time, but he much preferred actually being in a clan to wandering the world alone. His time alone had soured him a bit, so while he wasn't particularly mean or anything like that, but he became a bit of a trickster. This new life suits him fine, and he plans on staying with this clan for as long as they would let him. Most places had forced him out eventually, but he liked this little seaside village and hoped they would at least let him stay for a while...

Akemi: From Japanese 明 (ake) meaning "bright" and 美 (mi) meaning "beautiful". Other kanji combinations are possible.
Akemi, the firstborn six winged hatchling. Exiled, and banned from his village. Soon to find his way to a costal village and lived peacefully as a uh, trickster I guess. Ofcourse, he was always alone, but it really didn't bug him.
