Patches

The Plaguebringer demands her subjects to adapt, to overcome, and to conquer, and this is beyond apparent in her most loyal subjects, Her sinister left hand, Her Necromancers. There is no royalty within the Scarred Wasteland, There is no 'Rights of Blood' for such things in the domain of Plague, there is only room for the strongest, the cleverest, the strongest willed. So when the Plaguebringer herself adds to the challenge of surviving the Necromantic trials she expects to see all the ingenuity that her most loyal will bring. Patchwing Necromancers are dragons that through either the Necromancer trials or some other circumstance completely lost their wings, and thus had to find creative ways to overcome this obstacle put in their path. These Necromancers create their own wings using a wide variety of things but most often use cloth and dyed leather to rebuild what they lost.

The colors of the patched wings can be extremely variable from those trying to match the reds of a standard Necromancer, to attempts to match the old color of their wings, to simply what the dragon could find at the moment. There are no set rules of how a Necromancer's patched wings should look and for the most part all Patchwings share the same respect for each other despite the vast array of colors, materials, and reasoning.
