Koan

Former leader of the nameless clan, the mysterious, solemn guardian is treated with utmost respect and reverence, as if she herself was a deity. When her clan uprooted from the steppes to make a new home in the southern icefields, Koan disappeared to serve the Icewarden and left her clan in the capable hands of her charge Naoto. No one ever returns from serving the great dragon gods and yet somehow, years later and against all of the teachings, Koan returned. She has gladly left control of the clan in Naoto’s possession, intending to stay away from clan politics. She still has a habit of trying to take care of Naoto, even though the protection is no longer necessary in Naoto’s eyes.
