Unlike his sister, Anastasia, there doesn't seem to be anything going on with Jacques. His only relationships are ones that were forced upon him or where others need him to get to other, more important individuals. Those who have ever met Jacques will agree that he is one of the most uninteresting specimens the clan has to offer. He has no known ambitions, talents, interests, or thoughts of his own.

What he is good at, though, is understanding how others feel about him. He has become a dull, uninteresting person because he believes that is what makes him different. He is different from other interesting persons by being completely inept at keeping your attention.

When alone, he uncovers a small box of tools from under his bed frame along with miscellaneous smuggled raw materials. He makes contraptions, art pieces, jewelry, and toys from the remnants of the clan's many battles. No one will ever get to see the art museum that is his mind, not even through the physical representations of it that appear as simple gadgets stowed under an uninteresting man's bed.
