He is as crafty and tricky as any Shadow dragon. While his pranks and scares are harmless, they can be rather offensive, especially to the higher ups of the clan (the Kaga family). However, the incredible chance of his blood relations keeps him tied close. He probably wouldn't be allowed to leave even if he wanted to. Due to his actions he cannot be placed in high class, but he rules over the domain of the middle class. The whole clan knows his name, and they all want to learn of his whereabouts. His knowledge is valuable.
