J6glAsH.gif Waerdya is soft-spoken but immensely intelligent. Not naturally inclined towards magic but desperate to tap into its power, she studied long days and nights in her Arcane birthclan's college of magicks, still struggling to create a single arcane spark while her fellow pupils were performing fantastic feats. After years of intense effort and study it was therapy that helped her bridge the gap between her mind and her magic, not study; with the help of the college counselor she finally realized that it was her lack of self-esteem and self-worth that was keeping her from achieving her true potential. Once she learned to value herself, the magic burst forth from her like a tidal wave. Now, as a seasoned veteran of magic and of teaching, she serves as headmistress for the magic school she runs with Wenlock. She is committed to the excellent tutelage of her students, but even moreso to their mental and emotional well-being, having a deep understanding of how important such things are to achieving success.
