Biography

Ignatius
Curled up in the dark of his den, he watched. Tongues of newborn flame lick up his arms, flickering hues of orange and yellow, entrancing to the eye. Amber eyes seemed as bright as the fire in the dark. Hidden in his burrow, Ignatius had grown up, his only friend the flame he conjured from nowhere. Brimming with talent, he conjured these fires into illusions, hypnotic dances weaving stories born from imagination. But ironically, they lacked something - warmth. Lonely his whole life, Ignatius hadn't experienced the warmth of friendship, love, family. And so, for the first time, he stepped beyond his den, into the light in search of that warmth.

Ignatius spent several years travelling across the expanses of Sorneith and found a home in the land designated to the Shadow Clans. Among one clan in particular, he found that flame burns brightest in the darkness, able to bring joy with his storytelling and illusions. Here he stays, passing on his tales filled with newfound warmth as he learns the feeling of family. Several hatchlings have found delight in noticing their presence in his stories, excited by having been noticed by one of the famous and supposedly untouchable representatives of their clan. Ignatius does not miss his home in the land of fire, completely nestled in with his newfound clan, surrounded by friends and family of his own, a chance he'd never find if he'd never stepped beyond. This courage, he hopes to teach to others, to not be afraid to journey outside their origin.
