IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In my clan, this dragon fills the role of being basically a cop / guard, being the one in charge of apprehending wrong-doers and criminals. Alas, with the current state of the police force worldwide, I feel a moral obligation to say that I fully support the Black Lives Matter movement and the anti-cop movement.
I lived most of my life in a third world country and can say that All Cops are ******** in Brazil too.
While I do enjoy Helvandr's lore as a town guard and playing around with what for a story, I feel it is necessary to leave this important notice and reminder here that while Flight Rising is a place of refuge and escapism from reality, my skin colour in real life offers me no choice but to stand with BLM and promote ACAB.
Law enforcement is an extremely important part of society and to see it corrupted by racism, greed and politics is a disgrace. Justice should be blind, and in my country as well as in many others, it currently isn't.
Until we see some change in how government deals with police brutality and corruption, my characters whose lore are related to guarding will remain with BLM | ACAB on their broadcast. If you have a problem with that, feel free to find other clans or lores to read about.

Works under Brejdallir at the County Jail. He's usually trying (and failing) to keep her worse gaoler impulses in check. Being a jailer in a town full of morally ambiguous pirates means he's obviously unpopular. He spends most of his time at work, due being a workaholic like most gaolers.
He always wears silver, to the point of being mocked for it.
