Biography
Son of Jin and Morganite, this dragon could have grown to be very stiff, if it wasn't for the clan's second in command hunter, Gauss.
He's serious in nature and very intense in comparison to many other dragons in the clan, he'd seemed to sulk since he was a dragonet, not feeling fully useful as he didn't have much ability to help his parents guard the treasury.
Once he joined in a fishing party with his father, which was led by Gauss, he was sulking as he often did, until something caught his eye... A tiny cricket, a tiny cunchy cricket.
He decided to try and lunge at it, but he only could flop forwards, as the cricket leaped away to safetly... Until a massive claw stamped the bug to the ground at once, a curled nail that was specialized for hunting fish and sealife, so it couldn't have stopped the bug if the dragon wasn't as accurate as he was. Looking up, it was Gauss.
"This claw isn't for catching bugs, but practice makes you get close, you know?" And right after that so called wisdom, the cricket wriggles free from under his talon, the coatl couldn't do much, but Casper immediately leaped yet again, splatting on the muddy riverbank yet again, but this time catching the insect, he looked happy at that, but then let it go, he was just secretly asking himself if he can actually do it, and the answer was still unclear, as the fishing party leader had interrupted his test.
Speaking of which, he looked very pleased with the young dragonet, surprisingly..
"I caught it, but on the second time.. If I were catching insects for the clan, I would've failed."
"Then why don't you do it here? Right now."
"Wh-What?"
"We'll be here for around three hours, you can practice your insect catching until we leave, you got your cricket on the second leap, I'd say you can do better if you give it a shot."
Casper wanted to protest, or to respond, but Gauss was called to help a dragon block a big fish's escape so a bigger dragon can claw it out of the water.
It wasn't the last time that Gauss dragged Casper into hunting parties, but he didn't seem to especially push him, as he seemed to be already very angry about every little mistake he might've made... Like the gold and gems his parents guard, he wanted to be perfect, though he can't do that, he can at least polish himself to be the best gem he can be.
