B I O G R A P H Y

The phrase 1 out of 100 takes on a new meaning when your family is literally that large. But that doesn't stop Stormlight from trying to stand out from their siblings. Born in April, they managed to live for some time amongst the Bandits of the Ferntree, with their father Tripp and mother Jewel happening to be the leaders.

Despite their short time, Stormlight showed they had a knack for not only disguises but also driving a bargain for anything they came across. When they weren't sewing together expendable outfits for heists, they were out late in the market selling objects for a high price.

While their parents were proud, Stormlight didn't seem to feel satisfy with their current position. Sure the bandits were well known and established within the Singer's Brook and even the Windswept Plateau, but they wanted to be known elsewhere. Late at night, Stormlight tried to find a better place in Sornieth that they could live. The Southern Icefields? Too cold, and they had Gaolers. The Shifting Expanse? Too dry, and the dragons there would have tech that could look through their disguises.

____The Viridian Labyrinth? When Stormlight stopped to think about it, the choice seemed logical. There were plenty of places that they could hide in, the thieves living in their stood out, and it would only be a bit more wetter than the Windswept Plateau. The Skydancer gave themselves a firm nod, and vowed to hitch themselves onto the next troop passing through from the area.

____It didn't take too long for them to get the chance either. Tripp was heading out to the Dustcarve Dig in the hopes of digging up some grand reward for anyone who pitched in, and it was practically a skip away from the Viridian Labyrinth. In the meantime, Stormlight was one in the crowd, either sneaking any trinkets they found into their pockets or asking around to see who was from the Nature flight's home.

____Finally they found the right troop to follow home: two Imperials named Cassarah and Quietwater, a silky Gaoler named Fortun, a hefty Tundra named Becker, and a tiny Pearlcatcher named Blitzen. A seemingly ragtag group that were in the middle of the dig site bringing along equipment or digging straight into the earth, and completely oblivious to the extra dragon they would bring along.
