Bio notes: Emperor Crafter - Luminax Creator

A dragon who despises many things and likes only a spare few. He loathes his own breed, so much so that he pays for brave dragons to pilfer discarded Imperial corpses so he can leave them in a largely populated area with a large amount of magic so that an Emperor will rise.

Naturally, not many dragons are up for the job, and Imperials are protective of their dead, so supplies are hard to come by. Luminax was his test run when he was able to garner three bodies, and put his theories to the test on how to guarantee that an emperor will rise. His current goal is to get eleven bodies, preferably of each element. His later goal? Gather enough bodies to unleash an eleven-headed emperor upon each territory. His ultimate goal? The complete extinction of his breed so that they may be reborn and start anew amongst their dragon brethren as equals. Though whether such an event will be by his hand, or by forcing the Lightweaver's, is currently unknown.

It was he who provided vital pieces of the puzzle when Kami was first recreating Imperial Scrolls, and in return for said knowledge, Kami guarantees his safety as he conducts and unleashes his research. It's also an investment seeing as if Imperials are obliterated off the face of Sornieth and reborn into a different shape and frame, Kami's counterfeit Imperial Scrolls would skyrocket even more in value since her scrolls and any remaining real scrolls, would be the only way to become an imperial.
