Tisiphone

Tisiphone was born in the Earth realm to parents who had no interest in the arts. Unlike her parents, Tisiphone adored all of the arts, especially music and dance. More often than not, one of her clansmen would find her in one of the plains nearby, twirling and dancing around. This caused quite a bit of strife between her and the clan. Her original clan never saw the value in entertainment, while Tisiphone was the opposite. Without entertainment or the arts in her life, the world seemed bland and sad.
Eventually, Tisiphone had enough. She ventured out on her own and found a new home within the outskirts of the Seedscar. At first, everything around her looked gloomy and creepy. She assumed it wouldn’t be much different from her old home and was resigned to the fact that her love of dance and song would forever go unappreciated. Because of this, she was pleasantly surprised when she walked into the ancient lair and saw it full of color, laughter, and joy. There were dragons dancing and clapping to a band that was playing nearby. Other dragons played card games for some fast treasure, while little hatchlings ran and flew around, playing games of tag, hide and seek, and pretend. Some of the musicians were even teaching other dragons and hatchlings how to play their instruments. The entire dwelling had an air that Tisiphone had never experienced before. She was in awe at what was around her.
A nearby dragon saw her awestruck face and nudged her towards the party, encouraging her to join in. The dragon in question was Sortal, who she would soon become good friends with. Sortal invited her to show off her talents, explaining that in their clan, every dragon was welcome to share what they loved. Tisiphone warmed up somewhat slowly, her dancing starting with some gentle swaying and her songs a gentle hum. Soon enough, some of the hatchlings came up and asked her to dance with them. She obliged, and was soon spinning around the room with one young dragon after the other, big toothy grins on their faces as the newcomer finally let herself be. She couldn’t help herself, and eventually her lovely voice joined in with the others as she twirled around.
Sortal continued to encourage Tisiphone to enjoy and nurture her passions, which allowed her to master a variety of beautiful dances and songs. Anytime a part of her clan was sad, she would be able to cheer them up by picking them up by their paws and tugging them to dance with her. She never forgot how alone she had felt in her old clan, and always made sure to encourage the others in her clan to follow their dreams and do what they loved, even if she didn’t understand it. Because of this, the hatchlings with dreams that don’t seem to fit the clan always come to her, and she encourages them to follow their heart. She couldn't stand the idea of even one hatchling or dragon in her new home feeling how she used to, and her kind heart always cheers up the little ones that come to her.
Tisiphone is now known as the best dancer in her clan, and one of the best singers as well. Her talents flourish in the Outskirts, and she could never have imagined her boring old life would lead to such an enriching collection of experiences. For all that’s happened, she is grateful to Sortal and the clan for allowing her to be herself and do what she loves from now on.
