Biography

Tango's avatar
TANGO
The Weirdo

Clan Role: Medium
Mate: Stare
Pronouns: he/him
Bio: Tango has always known he's a little bit different. He dances to a slightly different tune than the other dragons. But he never let it get to him. What was the point of that? He couldn't change who he was, and, frankly, had no interest in trying. He heard whispers, sometimes, voices telling him things. He used to think he was hearing the voice of the Windsinger on the breeze, and was in training to become a priest. But one day he discovered, quite by accident, that he'd actually been hearing ghosts. His close friend had fallen ill and passed peacefully in their sleep, and the next time Tango heard a voice, he realized it was theirs.

So, he couldn't actually hear the Windsinger. Oops! Tango shifted direction, easily moving with where the wind was pushing him next, and sought out solitude to meditate on the voices of the spirits and learn to distinguish and channel them. Only, it was boring being alone all the time, so Tango started to travel and didn't stop until he found a very interesting place with a lot of interesting spirits, both the dead and...otherwise. Not to mention, he met another dragon with some of the same oddities he himself had--namely, multiple eyes all along his body in a line. He was instantly smitten with her, and he decided he'd stick around the Borogrove...for now, at least. Besides, he thinks he hears whispers of a ghost, calling out for help...though he never quite trained his ability high enough to tell where from. Not yet, anyway.
